IsleStay Group started from a simple belief: a move should feel like being well looked after. Great hotels anticipate what you need before you ask. We run real estate the same way, with clear communication, a calm process, and attention to the details most people only notice when they are missed.
Founder and broker Carla Turnquest works across borders personally, with deep roots in The Bahamas and an active practice in South Florida. She understands what it takes to move a family, a business, or a portfolio from one place to another, and she knows that a home is about more than the property. Licensed since 2008, she is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), with advanced training in seller representation, pricing strategy and negotiation.
